    I am an experienced IT professional with a strong academic foundation, currently pursuing a Master's in Information Technology Management at Arizona State University and holding a Bachelor's in Computer Science. I have a proven track record in IT systems support, infrastructure management, and software development. At Imperial Valley College District (Current Employer), I provide comprehensive technical support, manage networks, maintain hardware and software systems, and support educational technologies. Previously, I worked at Keithly Williams Seeds and AT&T (Former Employers), where I handled complex IT environments, network architecture, VoIP systems, and SCADA operations. Skilled in various platforms and tools including Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and Cisco networking, I combine strong technical expertise with excellent problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration skills.
    Now, as an Information Technology Manager my responsiblility is on leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all IT functions within an organization. This includes managing IT staff, overseeing the entire system, and network administration, ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place, supporting end-users, and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives.
